Taxonomy of denitrifiers in BNRdb.


Description:

An Interactive Tree Hierarchical Polyline showing the taxonomic distribution of denitrifying strains in BNRdb. Clicking on the color filled circle will expand the branch revealing the whole taxonomic rank in more detail.

The taxonomic composition of denitrifying strains entries collected from scientific literature based either on metabolic function or 16S rRNA studies, revealed that they belonged to six phyla, ten classes, 71 families, and 126 genera.
